This is the question. Have afile which is encoded xvid and mp3 sound, also i have seperate sutitle file. Tmpg chuks a fit if i load the file saying does not support audio which i can seperate and convert. My problem is how do i get the subtitle to be permanantly in the video while i convert to vcd. This has to be one process. I have a utility which does this but the only output i can get done is use of some codec which i have installed on my system. I dont want to do two reencodes. Is there a utitlity which takes both together as one process> which is add subs and convert to vcd at the same time?
    thanks

Also have another xvid with 5.1 sound which i wanna convert can someone suggest a sound converter to mpeg2 sound for VCD-DVD
    thanks
