    I have CDRwin but everytime I install it, it asks me about some ASIP Manager. I reinstalled it and it doesn't work. I have a Plextor drive that doesn't have anything to do with it. But if someone can get back to me that would be great. Thanks Just trying to figure this out!

    Ya know, it'd be really nice if people would provide some basic information when requesting help.

    1. What OS are you using?

    I'm going to assume Windows 2000. If so, you MUST install the ASPI layer. Windows 2000 does NOT ship with one. Do a search on google or something for "Windows 2000 ASPI Install" or something similar.

    What it all means makes no sense to me - but this is the help I have got before..

    Check to see if the ASPI layer is installed by using aspichk.exe which is available at http://www.fireburner.com/downloads.shtml and if it is needed you could try ForceASPI 1.7 at http://doom9.org/software.htm

    I haven't tried it yet (waiting to get home & try) so no promises.
