Problem with an .mpg file

I have a little video in .mpg format.

if i play it on divx player or on window mediaplayer i can only get the sound without the video. i can only get it on QUICKTIME.

so there's something i can do to play this video on other players?

You should probably find out whats supported and whats not. You may have audio support but not video support, and vice versa. Download AVIcodec or Gspot and take a look at what might be the problem with support.
