- ‘QuietDrive’ to reduce ambient noise by 75 percent.
- Distributed Real Time Defect Management (DRT-DM)
- Liquid Crystal Tilt Mechanism helps to ensure precise writing onto the surface of discs that have become warped or are of uneven thickness.
- Ultra Dynamic Resonance absorber to reduce instability caused by damaged media.

Does not appear to be any differences between 107D & A07XL, except styling.

But i just ordered a 107D from NewEgg for $130 shipped. Can't really beat that price. But if ESbuy does have this new A07 i might shell out the extra $35(after rebate)

I dunno but i just bought a Sony DRU510a about a month ago from NewEgg for $150. But after seeing the good results of this 'hacked' firmware and quite possibly a future firmware for dual layer, i dont think i can pass this up either.

It's just a picture. The only A07 they have for sale (the 165$ after rebate unit) is the current older A07 not the new A07XL.
