just a quick question...if you had 2 cd/dvd burners set up, would they have to be on the same IDE ribbon (round; for those people who are up to date on ribbons/round ones) or seperate ones?? Someone out there has to know..Im talking about burning the same project at the same time. Me and my friend have a bet on how this would work, and we need to settle this before we kill each other..![]()

Should work fine on the same ide or sepperate, you would need to the same drive though, Recordnow max it works well with multiple drives. If your having difficulties place them on sepperate ide channels

You do not need both your drives to be the same, or even to be on the same IDE channel. You just have to burn the same thing to both drives. Nero has an option to "Use multiple recorders" in the burn window (in expert mode, not wizard).

I would use Nero... but I was trying to burn 2 DVDs at once yesterday and I could not find that little check box in Nero 6.3, I know I saw it in Nero 5... Hmmm, did they move it, can someone confirm this?

I use Padus Disk Juggler and the pro edition supports up to four devices. I have not used that feature though. The link below is the features page of Disk Juggler.
