Video Ripping

Hey, I was wondering is there a way (software/computer) to rip video clips and scenes from ps2 games such as final fantasy x-2 like the animated sequences from the disc? If there is please tell me. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.

heh, i don't think there's any program or anything that would let u but....the other day i was screwing around and stuck tony hawk 4 in dvd-rom and went to folder called movies....sure enough a load of clips with weird extentions, .spp .pss, somethin like that....anyways i just dragged and droped onto the HD and they would play. of course i could just be lucky...diff games might have copy protection schemes(dvdshrink wouldn't read the disk) but its worth a try.
