I currently use DVDLab to create my menus and to compile my DVDs. Will DVDLab allow you to edit the dvd menu w/o re-compiling? and if not, what other programs are capable of doing the trick. Need help, Peace.

Depends on what you want to do. IfoEdit and MenuEdit allow you to modify the commands and the navigation.
If you're not sure how your menu with look before compiling, do a test compile. DVD-Lab can do it, i.e. it will just create the menus with a small dummy video as a title. It only takes a minute. -
IfoEdit is a great tool for manipulating the DVD commands but it requires at least some basic knowledge of the DVD structure. For this I'd recommend http://www.dvd-replica.com/DVD/. Superb site.
