  1. Hi there I have an AVI which I want to encode to MPEG2 so I can Author it and put it on DVD. The problem I have is that when I try to encode it, it never finishes. Using TMPEG 2.59 it gets to 97% and stops. Ive tried usind MainConcept and that crashes saying it cannot write a picture header. Just lately most of the stuff I try to encode stops like this and Ive managed to get the film on DVD, albeit witha few minutes missing at the end. This film however no matter which way I try it will not work even that way. Can anybody help please??

    Thanx in advance

  4. Is the hard drive you are writing to FAT32 and you are hitting the 4GB filesize limit. Another possibility is bad frames.
