i am posting this in here cause i was not sure if this belongs to authoring or not,
i need help in here please,
what i have made:
i have authored a home made movie in tmpg dvd author with this files:
video file converted in EO video to 720x576 mpeg
audio file converted from wav 2 mp2
i watched preview in power dvd software and looked nice, menus, video, sound....
i have burned in dvd-r media princo at 4.5x with nero 5xxxx (not nero 6)
problem:
i watch the final authored dvd in power dvd in pc and looks fine, when i burn it to dvd-r media an play it in mustek tv player th video looks green with lots colour bars flying around like bad recpecioned channel tv,
please anyone can help me?

Sounds like Pal to me. I'm an NTSC kinda guy. Since your post has not been replied to, I'll take a stab.
You said "authored dvd" so you played the authored files on the computer or the actual burned disk?
Try a different media.
Have you had ANY success with this precedure at all or is this you first try at it?
I assume the dvd player works and will play dvd-r media.Don't give in to DVD2ONE, that leads to the dark side. -

i found what the problem was and im gonna explain what i did:
i had one mpg video file 720x576 (i was thinking it was pal converted, but not) so i converted into PAL MPG 4:3 non-interlaced with tmpgenc, i burned it and it worked fine on my pal TV
