Is there any reason to use the quick eject function in ulead movie studio 2 SE burner advanced settings. I burned a Maxell 4x DVD+R for someone and it wouldn't play in there APEX AD1110 W DVD player, which is capable of +R. It played fine in two other players. I didn't know the quick eject function was selected until I put a -R in the player and it gave me a warning. Would this function effect the playing of the DVD? Why does quick eject only work on +R discs? I didn't notice much difference in burn times with this function turned off.

The advantage of the QUICK EJECT feature is that it can greatly reduce the time it takes to finish creating a short DVD when one is using a DVD+RW drive.
However, this may result in the disc having compatibility problems with some DVD players.
Therefore, I don't use this feature.
