I'm using CCE SP trail version to see if I like it before purchasing it, and all in all it is a good package, with one exception.
When I encode an AVI the quality is great, when there is no movement.
As soon as there is any type of fast movement the picture seems to leave what can best be described as vapour trails.
My source is an interlaced AVI, 720X576 resolution, converted using an average bitrate of 5000, interlace left in as this is a PAL picture source for watching on a PAL TV
Is there a setting I'm missing that will stop the picture from leaving these trails?
Cheers in advance.
