Hey guys, I've been lurking for a while and have done my share of digging through all the valuable info here. I'm about ready to start up and convert a bunch of my fathers/grandparents old 8mm/super 8mm videos now that winter is here. I actually attempted last year when I purchased 2 bulbs for our old projectors only to realize the 8mm projector is not variable and our super 8mm crapped out not long after getting the new bulb in.
Rather than mess around with either projector I am looking into a dual 8 projector that has a completely variable speed and an audio out jack too. I want to capture the audio at the best possible quality on the super 8 films. I haven't been able to find a projector on Ebay that has all these features... I've looked at every B&H, Eumig Chinon(sp) and Elmo!
Is there such a projector?
Thanks in advance
