  1. I have a few Divx that I'm trying to convert to DVD.

1 of the movies has a running time of 1 hour 34 minutes, but when I try to get Tmpgenc to encode it into Mpeg2 I get an error telling me that the filesize is WAAAAAY to big to fit onto a DVD-R, it also says that the movies running time is DOUBLE the actual length.

    I have followed this guide....

    http://www.dvd-guides.com/guides.php?category=othertodvd&name=tmpegenc

but I still have the same problem

CAn anyone help, or point me in the direction of another FAQ (that works)

    TIA

    Witchy2k1.

VBR encoded MP# audio perhaps? Extract the audio from the avi to wav and use the wav as the audio source for TMPGEnc.
