I've used Shrink frim the early days and think it's a great program. Lately, as you've all no doubt noticed, there has been a fairly rapid release of versions (1.3, 1.4, 1.5, and now 1.6b).
Any input on version problems, stability, etc. would be appreciated.

Hi Jayhawk.
Funny you ask.

Hello again.
v3.1.6b4 seems to have fixed the bug I was experiencing.
I say "seems" because I had to use DVD-RW as I'd run out of DVD-R.
I didn't believe the problem was due to media in the first place though, so I can recommend using v3.1.6b4.

My two cents,3.0B5 was the last stable version. I would avoid 3.1 it's seems to be a work in progress.

Thanks ddlooping it was an interesting thread. Although I had not experienced some of the problems, I had decided to drop back from
v3.1.6b1 & 2 to v3.1.5 or v3.1.4. Before doing that I decided to ask the group.
It would appear now that 6b4 is probably the safer way to go. Your competent analysis of issues on this forum has earned you a great deal of trust. Thanks for taking the time. -
