I just purchased Procoder 1.5 to convert PAL to NTSC and can't seem to get the cropping filter to work properly. The m2v that I wind up with isn't cropped at all. I have heard mention that there is a feature called "Letterboxing". Does anyone know where to find it.
The source is 16:9 with a large black bar at the top and bottom. I want to crop that and encode to 16:9 but it isn't working.

try Options > Transcoding Settings and tweak the slider under Scaling and Letterboxing under the Processing Options tab

Procoder has an autocrop funtion too.
Set the source properties as 16x9 and output to 16x9, and it should work.
If you use the manual crop, the processing time will greatly increase. In doing PAL 16x9 to NTSC 16x9, I've found the autocrop to work just fine.
