    Office Max this week (2/8 - 2/14) is selling this drive with $40 rebate to $70 plus tax. Anyone heard about this drive or used it before? Feedback?

    it is a +R drive that burns at 8X. it also has an 8mb buffer. i tried one out and the results were pretty good. go for it if you are on a budget.

    Be careful with Office Max rebates. I have yet to recieve a rebate from Office Max on numerous tries. They tend to purposely lose them.
