GOP structure can't be broken into VOBU's in basic DVD?...

Hey, I've searched around for this but couldn't find anything straight away but did pick up on a lot of problems I've previously had and they've helped me a lot so thanks to everyone on this forum as large as it may be!

Anyway, I'm new to DVD authoring [I've done VCD's for years]... so with my Phillips DVD Burner came Sonic MyDVD, I checked this site and while it's not highly favoured it seemed ok, I don't want anything elaborate [backgrounds and menus are all I want!] but the main reason I like Sonic MyDVD is because it allows normal standard VCD Mpeg files [something, either through my ignorance or not getting too heavily involved with on other programs] isn't around on a lot of other DVD Authoring applications to my knowledge... I first made a DVD of 8 Simple Rules episodes and various videos I had on my pc, just to see what it would be like, it's perfect, just what I want, I can fit about 14 22 minute episodes, and background music etc, all on one DVD... they're all standard VCD Mpegs so the quality's not great, but that's ok... However, I was away to make my first 'real' DVD [there's no difference from my practice ones that worked successfully though, same menu, style, settings, everything] but when I started to burn the following I got the error [as seen below]...

I've tried other authoring programs but get the same error, I live in the UK, I encode everything to standard PAL Mpeg VCD, the MyDVD's settings are on PAL and nothing has changed since I successfully made my practice DVD's... If anyone would be able to help with what I think is a simple mistake that I've probably brought upon myself it would be greatly appreciated...
