TMPGEnc DVD Author advice please

Hi,
Have TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.5.20.62 and everytime I click on the write dvd folder to DVDR/RW.I get the error "Required DLL file,PSAPI.DLL not found,also when following through the walkthrough steps the dvd writing tool box does not appear,anyone please advice.

Thanks for your reply but don't quite follow you,windows/system file,please explain as I'm old and grey,cheers.

I think I may have done it,but TMPGE DVD Author now gives me a new error when trying to open the writing tool box. It says the same file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NtAllocateVirtualMemory.Have I done it wrong or is this another problem?thanks for you input,cheers.

Sorry but I haven't the foggiest, you may need somebody with a bit more tech knowledge than myself. What I would do is get the ntdll from file here http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?ntdll try that and see if it works, extract to your windows\system directory.

as one old dog to the other -

TDA is really meant to be run under Windows 2000/XP, according to info in the app's help file.
Beyond that, Windows ME is not known for stability. And, while usable, your hardware specs are at the "low end" of what is considered to be needed for video processing.
Expect some tough sledding.... and hope you can take my comments as an effort to help - not criticize.

You can only burn with TMPGEnc DVD Author if you use windows 2000/XP. Older versions are not supported for burning with TDA.

Just use another CD/DVD program to burn the VIDEO_TS folder to DVD.
That way it should work ok...
