  1. Hello, I bought a new DVD player and I soon notice that its get very warm after I watch a movie. And the DVD cd is also very warm.
Its get warmer on one side then the other.

So can it be a fan broken or something?

Prob is the dvd player. Most of the cheaper DVD players have a very poor air flow inside the units, esp the thin players being sold these days. Also many of the cheaper players are built with just marginal parts so they have very little heat sinks inside if any. I have 3 Citizen/Norcent players that get very warm, the discs also gets warm. I never had any prob for play back tho. Also most of the players dont have fans inside. Just keep ur warrantee in a safe place and see. My labeled discs gets the warmest in these players. The same discs in both my Panasonic (hi end player and a 5 changer) players stay cool.
