Apex ad-1110w question

I have a apex ad-1110w, when I first got it every thing worked fine.
Now for a while when i zoom say 2x ect the x2 icon stay on the screen.
Doe's any body know if there is a fix to make it disapper like its post to.

If any body know a fix let me know

click display button 3 times (once, gives you basic media run time, second time gives more indepth info, and 3rd removes the Q2x

I tried it and still not working any thing else i can try

Unplug it, then plug back in.

Take batteries out of remote, put back in.

Doe's anybody know if apex put out a firm ware upgrade or some other type of program to fix problems for ad-1110w
