    I upgraded from DVD Shrink 2.3 but now when I use the 3.14 version I get no Audio or Video in the preview just a blank screen. Any help would surely be appreciated...Thank YB

    In Shrink, go to Edit > Preferences...on the preview tab there is a checkbox that says "Enable Video and Audio preview".

    Not sure if this is your problem, but it is a place to start

    Tried that too. Still nothing but Thank You for the response. I just don't understand it because it works on 2.3 but not 3.14..
