    Im looking for a sound and video card with both in/outs on both cards for analog. Are there some good cheaper brands than ATI and Creative. Those two are pretty pricey for having both in/outs. I want to take out, and possibly edit movies etc.....

    Im not looking for the top of the line. Just something good enough that has both in/outs on both sound and video cards

    There are some fx5200 with vivo that you can find on google.com.Any decent cheap sound card such as the sound blaster live will have audio in and out.

    Cheaper? Sure.
    As good as (at lower price)? No.
    Better (at lower price)? No.

    At minimum, I'd suggest an ATI AIW card for video.
    The SoundBlaster series of cards is good for audio.

    You can pick up an ATI AIW or VIVO card as cheap as $40 on eBay.
    And you can grab a Creative Soundblaster as cheap as $25 at Walmart.
    Is $65 too much? I'd hope not.
