So a little back story
I have cable internet... it comes with basic cable, I don't have a tv... figured I would utilize the hardware I did have.
I have a Hauppauge WinTV (ntsc 62471 rev. a) go tuner card... card works great.... in xp...
I am running windows 7 paid lots wanna use it...
I have a Super Digital Video Glaring Series tuner card (this is an off brand Phillips saa7130hl ) It also works fine in xp... the reason i want this card is because its newer and windows 7 installs driver... (wrong driver but hey its a start)
So question
Is it possible to make the SAA7130HL work in windows 7?
What i have done
windows 7 driver installs says in use
Kworld driver (says its for hybrids) - installs but media center and pvr dont see it
Vista Driver installs says its in use (same as windows 7)
WDM 7130 tv capture card won't install
