TMPGenc stops

I have recently upgraded to the most recent version of TMPGenc plus. AVI files load alright and the program starts just fine. Problem is that it stops all of a sudden without any warning. No error messages are given. It does not freeze, it simply shuts down. I have looked at the help file provided in the forum but nothing worked. Any ideas?

I have the same problem. The program sometimes disappears even when I am choosing the settings. To avoid the program to "disappear" once encoding starts, I have to do the following: 1) do not overclock the CPU; 2) make sure CPU don't overheat by opening the case; 3) avoid setting where encoding exceed 30 hrs; 4) in Environmental setting/CPU/CPU setting, click only Enable MMX and Enable MMX-2 (even thought I have P4 2.8c Hyper-thread)......I wonder if anybody have a fix where I could avoid doing all of the above!!
