  1. Thanks in advance for any help...

In DVD-Lab, I see there is an audio conversion tool. Reading trough the help files it appears that I can use another program to do the conversion (IE FFMPEG).

My question is, what should the command line argument be to get FFMPEG to convert a PCM audio file to AC3?

  2. When you run ffmpeg, doesn't it print out the cmd line in the lower window of the GUI?

In DVDlab you use $INPUT and $OUTPUT to specify the input and output filenames in the cmd string. DVDlab will take care of inserting the '.ac3' into the output filename.
