    If you were one of the ones that joined in this litigation that spanned 43 states, checks are being sent out. I received mine today for a whopping $13.86. In case you need a refresher about what I am talking about head over here www.MusicCDSettlement.com
    I never thought in a million years I would get a check, but it was in the mail and made it to my house. It might even be enough to buy one new CD, but wouldn't that defeat the purpose of the litigation a little...? Oh well, just a little heads up for others out there.
