    What does it mean when you burn with Nero 6 but when put into a DVD machine standalone the disk just says burned with Nero? Is there any fix?

    It means you chose to create a menu when you burned your disc. You should be able to use your DVD remote to play the file(s) on your disc by pressing the corresponding number. Your menu probably has a thumbnail with a number near it for each file. Press the number on your remote to play.
