    PLEASE CAN ANYBODY HELP

    I am trying to load DVD Workshop 2 Trial version which I have now downloaded twice from Ulead's web site. Installation appears fine but when I try loading the program I get an error message saying the program cannot find d3d9.dll.


    Does anybody have a solution. I am running WindowsXP on a 2GB Athlon PC.

    You need to install directx9

    go to microsoft.com/directx

    I suspect Ulead's original, FREE trial version of Ulead DVD Workshop has been replaced by a newer version.

    The file does seem to be different.

    Perhaps there were some problems detected with the original version.

    I would suggest you uninstall the current trial version.
