    8x has been on the scene for a little bit now has it not?

    anyone want a mac compatible 8x drive

    Pioneer DVR-107 for Mac
    $165 for bare drive if you dont want the software (which sucks any way) and the 1 8x disk
    not a bad price either!


    side note: are 8x disks only +r?! i have yet to see one that is -r.
