    I have pinnacle studio deluxe 8 which is a analog and digital solution. However the analog is out of synch. So I capture using the screenalyzerlive though the digital part (firewire pass through the camcorder for analog). I wanted to get a opinon to replace this card with a 1394 card and use vegas video as my editor of choice.

    Also what to do with this hardware and software. I could get a brand new through comp usa (bought the insurance) and try to sell it.

    Pinnacle Studio 9 is out so it is going to be hard. How much did you pay for Vegas Video ?
    Pinnacle Studio 8 and DV home video editing (ver.9 already home)
