Using the Wizard in TMPGnc gives me a file size that is too large for a single DVD disk.
I've been reading about the VBR 2 pass settings somewhere here.
Could someone please instruct me how to set this up, and maybe some way to reduce my movie without spoiling the quality of the originaly AVI.
thanks.

If output filsize in tmpgenc is too big reduce the average bitrate by say 20%. Then compare that output to your wanted size, if its too big, go again with another 20% reduction, till you hit your required filesize. Its called successive approximation.
