Anyone got any views on these disks.
SVP have got some special offers on them and they look a good deal purely for backing up (master) and storage too rather than regular use in dvd player.
What say you wonderful people out there....Buy or dont bother.

I have never got on with Bulkpaq - granted they have improved recently, but I wouldn't trust them with archive material.
The majority of the ones I have come across had had real problems over the 3.6Gb mark, and read errors before then. Error correction or not, I like my discs to be of reasonable quality if I'm archiving stuff. When I put data on a disc, I like it to stay there !
As you say, I certainly wouldn't throw video at them. SVP do far more superior discs than the Bulkpaq. -
I have used a lot of the Bulkpaq Orange (princo) had a few coasters, had a faulty batch would only burn at 1x speed, paid the small amount extra at SVP for Riteks, no problems everyones a good one.

I have bought a LOT of these and I mean a LOT burn great in my acard dvd duplicator with 3 AO6's never had a bad burn.
Strongly recommended here and that is a wicked price at SVP, I will be purchasing some myself from there tomorrow. -
Well have decided not to bother with them and just to carry on using the printable riteks, which have given me no trouble and should be OK for long term storage.
Have also added a request to svp if they can source some BeAll printable to hub disk.
If you are buying from them also add this request and they might see if they can get them for us Brits....
