    I would like to have an inserted jpeg image appear only when the text beside it is highlighted. Is there a way to do this in dvd-lab without it highlighting the image and washing out the image?

    Look into doing a "switched menu". There are tutorials for this in the help file as well as on the www.dvdlab.net website.

    I did all of the steps listed but I still can't get it to work correctly in dvd-lab. The image only pops up when I select a menu and then play the movie if I select it again. The image does not pop up when I just highlight the text next to it; it have to push select to get the image.
