mp3 albums data on dvd

hello everybody.
im new to this dvd lark.i have done mp3 album disks for years and vcd films but its time to move on.i have made a few dvd trilogy disk and menu's.but i tried to make a dvd mp3 albums disk but it will not play on any of my dvd players my main dvd ( hitachi dv-pf2e ) and this is compatible with mp3 files it plays all my mp3 albums.when i try to make a dvd data mpe albums disk it comes with incorrect disk . can anyone please help.. thanks

Did you burn the MP3's as ISO, or change the MP3's to CDDA? Does it not work at all, or is the navigation messed up? Some players have issues with naming conventions (try 8x3 convention on an RW).

I also wanted to put audio on DVD.......

I use DVD Architect (Vegas Video) which allows me to put around 36 albums in AC3 format per disk. I guess there must be other software which will do the same.

This includes the menu screen to access each album.

The audio quality is excellent and by using DVD-r I have found that they work in most machines.
