I just receievd an e-mail 'From' Baldrick@vcdhelp.com. It contained the MyDoom or Novarg virus.
Note the old vcdhelp domain name.
Now Baldrick, I know you didn't send it, and I know my PC is not infected, but what gives?

The virus changes the from-address....so anyone who has my email-address and the virus can be the sender....and I had baldrick@vcdhelp.com as the forum email a while(=a couple of thousand users).

I got three infected email mesages this morning and can be from anywhere.
The infections were isolated and deleted by the AV. -
I had three but deleted straight away (not form Baldrick though).
Willtgpo, my real dad, told me to make a maximum of 5,806 posts on vcdhelp.com in one lifetime. So I have. -

The AV scanner didn't detect it this time, the preview pane as closed, so without opening it, I manually deleted it myself.
I wonder why as not detected? Was the .zip file got to do with it?
The infected files must hiding in there and the AV program didn’t see it? Would this be right?
I received another one, looks as though a copy of an earlier infected message, the subject was "Test" and again the AV didn't detect as infected.
I don't know, I manually deleted it myself.
