when i put in a DVD that i brought it was like 7.10GB

I think the original poster is trying to say he bought a pressed DVD9 with over 7GB of data on it, and he's looking for a blank to hold it all. Long story short, you can't buy one yet. The 4.7GB capacity disks are the largest you can buy for now. If you need to make a backup of a DVD9 you'll need to use a program to compress the contents so it fits on a 4.7 (a.k.a. a DVD5).
