    Why is that when i add my 2 vcd(convert with tmpgenc ) to nero it takes 2 hours to create menus and transcoding streams?

    Try running your vcd mpeg-files through VCDeasy and see what it says. It's anyway MUCH better than Nero for this job.

    Hear, hear. Don't use Nero to author. There are lots of better (and free) software for video disc authoring.
