    I've downloaded dolby-digital trailer from site in the form of .VOB file. I want to convert it into MPEG1(PAL) with intact and same quality. Kindly reply how and which software I can use. Thanx.

    Well..VOBS are already Mpeg-2 files but if you really want an mpeg-1 file then Id use FLask to open up the vob and convert it or you could just as easily use Tmpeg.
