A couple of my VCDs that I cut from mpg files has gone corrupt. Meaning, after they were burnt to VCD, I have played it and even extracted the mpg back out as a file. But now they are so corrupted that I cannot play it or even read it off the disk.
One of the disk has the error at the end of the CD, and the other at the beginning so the video won't even start to play.
Is there a tool that will scan the VCD and tell me whats wrong with the disk?
with the number of data CDs I've cut, I have not come across a problem with them before. Its only been the VCDs. I didn't think that a CD after its burnt, will get corrupt unless there is physical damage. Which these disks doesn't have.
