If I have a .bin and a .que, is there a way to convert that to an .avi? Also, is there another name for a .bin AND .que...I haven't found anything in the CONVERT section mentioning .bin nor .que. or possibly is the .bin and .que together called an ISO? A little confused here...

Your files are what is called a cd image. It's probably a VCD or SVCD so there is an mpeg contained in the bin file. Use VCDEasy to extract the mpeg, then search the guides for mpg-to-avi conversions.

BIN/CUE and ISO are just images. As such they can contain video, programs, audio and general Data.

You can burn them with Nero or mount in a virtual drive using i.e. Alcohol 120%, Daemon Tools, etc.
