How does one save guides. They are still useful long after they disappear from the forum. Some of them are animated so just capturing web pages won't do the job.

    mysts,
most of the web pages have an option for a "printer friendly" option. THis will provide a written solution but will not normally keep the animation referred to but then again when the web page has been moved/removed not only do you not have animation but the guide either.

If you insist on keeping the guide in softcopy you could try editing the page with M$ Word and then saving the file.

    edsmith77,

We appreciate your attempt to help us solve this problem. Didn't have much luck with MS Word though. The guide that we are specifically interested in is DVD Shrink v3.1.x intermediate "Re-author" guide. Do you think that we could get him to make it downloadable? It is a very well done guide that you can't do wrong with.

    thanks

Open another window in your browser. Go to the guide. Copy and paste the url into your response in this window. That is how u place a link.
