    Hello everyboby.
    in encoding vob to vcd with ffmeg and preset on fast vcd, i cant add black bars to encode 16/9 vob and get a 4/3 result. Does somebody knows
    how to make it? you can add letterbox with mpeg2encoder but not with ffmpeg

    Letterboxing for now is not available with fast VCD and will be added in later versions.
