About 35 minutes into Saving Silverman on my first disk...the image starts to shift and studders a bit. At first I thought it was because I encoded to high and put too much on a disk....then i re-encoded at standard bitrates and it still does it...at the same exact part.
Can it be a bad DVD rip? what could be causing the same part to be studering on 2 differently encoded VCDs?

Ok...i think i figured it out. I used VCD Cutter to split both differently encoded files....same studdering happened on both VCDs in the same part.
I decided to split the one mpeg file using TMPGEnc fils splitter. No problem this time with the movie.
I'm wondering how VCD Cutter can be causing this. The VCD Cut movies play fine on my computer but not on my DVD player....but the TMPGEnc cut movies play fine on both. Time to uninstall VCD Cutter.
