  1. I want to pull clips from DVDs. Just little 30 sec segments (with Audio). I have DL and tried just about all of the programs that supposedly do this or help to do this:

    TmpEnc
    Virtual Dub
    MPEG-VCR

    etc.

Yet I just cant seem to figure out how to do it. Some give "invalid format" when I try to open the VOB file. Some just sit there and look at me.

For example I would like to get the "clip" of Indiana JOnes swapping the sand for the Idol, along with the audio.

Any help even if it is "pointing" me somewhere else is much appreciated.

Yes I did a search and that is how I got the program names above but there (that I cant find) decent instructions for just pulling "small" clips from a DVD.

    Thanks.

  3. Thanks but when I use that program I get this error:
An out-of-bounds memory access (access violation) occurred in module 'VirtualDub'.

    Will check out their site.
