  2. If you have RealPlayer or RealAlternative installed you could try TINRA.
    You sould save the file to your drive first though.

    (T)hat (I)s (N)ot (R)eal (A)nymore is a command line utility that can convert RealMedia to any format you have VFW codec for.

    I don't see version 0.05 there anymore that the one with compression support. There is also a GUI at the linked site.

    According to the site it doesn't support RealOne files:

    "TinraGUI requires that TINRA and RealPlayer 8 or earlier (RealOne WILL NOT WORK) both be installed on your system before it will work."

    Consider this just one option

    Real player files are .rm right? If so, you can use EO video to encode to mpg and then you can burn with any program you prefer. Sefy has a great guide on how to convert using EO vido.
