Has anyone suceeded with this....
Source file is avi 23,976 ,output want to be mpeg2(25fps) with permanent subs. So I can author and burn as an dvdr.
My main problem is that the subs must be in 25 I guess, and how can i see if they are in sync with the video if video are in 23,976 ??

The easiest way to do that is to hard encode the subs at 23.976 fps and then re-encode at 25fps otherwise all the subs will be out of sync unless you want to rewrite all the time indexes in the subs to match the difference in framerates. That is if the subs are for 23.976.

Hard encode ?
Re encode ?
I use Subtitle studio and sync the subs to the avi that are in 23,976. Then I chose output 25 fps for the sub file and save it.
So what prog can I use to what u suggest ?
