What DVD Burner do you have, media type and what program do you use to burn with?

Was the movie a retail DVD or already a backup?

Some DVD Players have problems if you dont include the AUDIO_TS folder. And make sure they are ALL CAPS, that could be part of the problem also.

What brand of DVD media do you use?

Your still not telling me what brand you use (ie. Ritek, BeAll, FujiFilm, Apple, Verbatim, Princo, Optimum, etc....)

If you use something other than HQ media, its likely thats your problem.

Most people here agree that Riteks get the job done very well. I used to use BeAlls and they were pretty good, but I have switched to Riteks.

You can pick up Riteks at www.rimo.com

These are two different procedures. Which one are you using?

Tell us what program you are using to author and what steps you take to burn it with Nero. Also for completeness sake explore the DVD with windows and tell us what folders and files are on the DVD.

I first made an iso file with nero. Tested it in deamon tools and playd it in windows media player. Worked fine

After that i burned the image on a dvd disk and tried it in windows media player. Worked fine

    Hi,

I think ISO mode is for DVD data. Try to use DVD-Video mode. It should work.
