Be aware they are made by princo...who are not traditionally associated with the best quality...I have probs burning then on my pioneer 105 with 1.20 firmware but my bro who burns with MSI 2.17 firmware burns great.

  6. Free adverts thats what this site is all about
Always check out others posts if all postings are telling you how great it is to buy from web site xzy then take it with a pinch of salt.

Personally I'd say Bulkpaq are a budget media (nothing wrong with that) but if you want better quality pay more.

I think you would be in the minority to express that opinion. And this forum is not here for advertising. Reccomendations are ok when asked for but this appears to be a blatant advert and it is not your only one.

Repeats of this will end up with you recieving a yellow card warning or being banned from the forum.

And by the way blankdiscshop has then for £12.29, so its not the cheapest.

  10. Ha. Ive often seen Bulkpaq referred to as the WORST DVD media, never the best before.

Heres a fun game do a quick search for Bulkcrap n see what it throws up.

Bulkpaq are at best an OK media to use now, there early inarnations were absolutely horrible, in fact i have some Bulkpaq Version 1 discs that will not play or write on a single DVD player or burner that i have ever tried, now thats going some to make a disc like that !

Its pretty much accepted that for quality media you want to stick to Ritek G04 or G03. i got some from SVP (uk) for only 58p each and that compares well with the Bulkpaq prices.

  11. I've been using Bulkpaq no problems on a Pioneer 106. It's orange-topped media, DVD-R.

  12. [url deleted] now have them at £12.10

You are in breach of the forum rules and have been banned. After three posts, and one edit in this thread, you were given a warning without penalty. You went ahead with a forth post and a second edit adjusting your prices. Anyone thinking of purchasing
from you should consider the lack of business integrity you seem to hold re: your behaviour in this forum.

andydd those werent by any chance the Dattasafe dvd-r ritek go3? I f so have you experienced any playback probs on them. I bought 50, and some of them occasionally cut out for a few seconds displaying a blue screen, may just be my player. What did you think of the discs.

The jury still seems to be out on this one, are they good or are they crap?

  17. I would not buy Bulkpaq, simply because of all the bad reports on them that I have read on this forum. You are always going to get people who they have worked for, and thats great for them, but to get so many bad reports the quality of the discs must be very inconsistant.

  18. The majority of the Bulkpaq's I have been unfortunate to use have all been unreliable from the 3.5Gb - 4gb mark.

I do not recommend them at all. They all record fine, but often don't verify or play back properly in standalones or DVD-ROM drives.
