I was wondering a quick way to convert your vob files into m2v and audio tracks

figured that out...got another question....when i try and author my dvd i get....DVDit! supports Dolby Digital in stereo format only..this file has to many audio channels...anyone know what i can convert it with....anything besides besweet please..
