    I ripped a movie with DVDx 2.2 into a VCD compatable mpeg-1 file. Now, all it does is give me the mpeg file, nothing more. So, i know nero will convert that shit, but i dont have nero, so any other programs out there that will take my mpeg1 and convert it into a dvd compatable vcd file(s)?
